Documented Cases of Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds’ Abuse, Misconduct, and Manipulation
A compiled list of reported incidents involving Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds. Sources include interviews, victim accounts, press reports, and public admissions. 1. Hostile Behavior on Sets
Several suspicious deaths have occurred on the sets of Ryan Reynolds’ movies. Joi Harris, the first black female motorcycle road racer (numerous safety failures found on set and much more), and Michael Gagnon, transportation worker- after grueling work conditions.
Sexual assault of coworkers: Blake sexually assaulted Anna Kendrick (slapping buttocks) and allegedly Henry Golding (grabbing genitals) too.
Crew mistreatment: Reports describe her berating a female assistant director until she quit; chastising staff for small errors (such as a misplaced hairpin); and ordering a hair stylist to clean her kitchen at 1 AM.
Disrespect of coworkers: Made a guest star cry on set; mocked Leighton Meester’s family troubles publicly (“well, some of us started in a cage” - referring to Leighton’s birth in jail), bullied a female AD into quitting!!!
Extremely degrading treatment: Jokes about urinating on a crew member; dismissive remarks that left workers feeling “like nothing.” One account described a disgusting farting and burping habit and extreme rude behavior with crew members saying Blake seemed to think they were “lucky to be smelling her farts.”
Manipulation: Allegedly lied about reading Colleen Hoover’s book; accused of scheming to get an intern fired.
Ryan Reynolds-related: Physically assaulted an underage costar Jesse James (later excused as “Native American spirits possessing him”); actress Morena Baccarin described unsafe conditions while working with him on Deadpool.
2. Isolating or Turning Groups Against Individuals
Publicly disparaged director Oliver Stone and tried to pit crew members against him.
Penn Badgley revealed she admitted to “poisoning the whole cast” against him.
Selena Gomez reportedly was excluded and made to feel unwelcome in Taylor Swift’s friend circle due to Lively’s influence.
Actress Morena Baccarin was allegedly isolated during Deadpool vs Wolverine promotion.
3. Targeting Journalists
Blake and Ryan issued death threats to creators covering her ongoing lawsuit, such as Zazzy Investigations .
Accused of body-shaming reporter Kjersti Flaa.
Used interview opportunities to promote her husband’s gin brand, at times coercively (e.g., forcing a reporter to drink on air).
Bragged about making interviewers cry.
Leveraged the #AskHerMore feminist campaign as a tool to silence or bully the press.
4. Misrepresentation and Creative Hijacking
Admitted to misleading directors and producers to insert herself more deeply into films.
Stated she prefers “starting with other people’s scripts” instead of original work.
Publicly admitted to lying if something “couldn’t be fact-checked.”
Allegedly hijacked The Rhythm Section, with producer Barbara Broccoli “falling for it.”
Her failed production company has been cited as part of this broader pattern.
5. Tone-Deaf Marketing and Promotion
Mocked Kate Middleton while the Princess was undergoing cancer treatment — allegedly to promote her alcohol brand.
Misled director Paul Feig to plug her alcohol line during A Simple Favor.
6. Discrimination and Harm Toward Marginalized Communities
Transphobia: Blake’s use of slurs such as “trannies”.
Racism:
Joked about a Black radio host “creeping up on her.”
Performed in a blaccent skit on SNL (2013).
Admitted to wearing blackface to “stalk” men.
Imagery of black men as furniture in an ad.
Posted “L.A. face with an Oakland booty” on Instagram.
Celebrated Black History Month with racially insensitive messaging.
Romanticized slave owners and the antebellum period of slavery via her lifestyle blog “Preserve”, continues to feature the instagram post of this blog and the very same post celebrating the antebellum to this day.
Married on a former plantation with cabins of the enslaved right by the reception area, where people could take pictures. This area was called “Slave Street”.
Native appropriation: Blake falsely claimed Cherokee ancestry, and used this to star in an ad for people of diverse backgrounds.
7. Prior Legal Issues
Ryan Reynolds previously accused of copyright infringement and evidence spoilage in a lawsuit brought by a photographer.
8. Supporting Abusers and Predators
Woody Allen: Blake defended him publicly while ignoring victim testimony, called him “empowering to women”.
Harvey Weinstein: Blake stated she never had “that experience” with him and effectively dismissed others’ accounts, and admitted to some knowledge about the allegations (but she had not spoken out about him and had continued to be very chummy with him).
Ryan Reynolds: Promoted Sean “Diddy” Combs’ alcohol brand despite widespread allegations of abuse.
9. Sexual Harassment and Assault – Blake Lively
Made sexual remarks about a costar’s “nipple hair” and “sweaty body.”
Pressured a journalist to undress on camera and asked for his shirt.
Allegedly fabricated workplace harassment claims to deflect public criticism of her support for Harvey Weinstein, literally 2 days after her comments about him came out and she was receiving backlash. (Sound familiar?!?!)
Blake sexually assaulted Anna Kendrick (slapping buttocks) and allegedly Henry Golding (grabbing genitals) too.
10. Sexual Harassment and Assault – Ryan Reynolds
Accused of coercing a costar into sex under threat of her being fired!! Ryan apparently bragged about sexually exploiting professional situations with colleagues too.
Made public “jokes” about sexually assaulting Olivia Wilde.
Sexually harassed Brandon Sklenar.
Admitted to inappropriately staring at a stranger breastfeeding.
11. Arson and Car Theft
Ryan admitted to burning down part of an elementary school in the Arizona Daily Star.
Ryan admitted to stealing a car.
There was an extremely suspicious arson of Baldoni team member Steve Sarowitz’s home, with messages from the arsonist referencing Blake Lively. Since Sarowitz is a billionaire, this arsonist must almost certainly have had greater connections to achieve this (such as people like Ryan Reynolds).
