Hi guys, here are some ways to submit complaints about a federal judge!

https://www.ca2.uscourts.gov/judges/judicial_conduct.html

  • Grounds for Complaint: Misconduct includes conflicts of interest, financial entanglements, inappropriate relationships, biased rulings, and administrative irregularities to my knowledge

  • Tips: cite case names, docket numbers, and any relevant evidence (e.g., in Liman’s case, ties to Weinstein [as Judge Liman is also overseeing a Weinstein case!!], Doug Liman & shared family foundation, financial filings, or Blake Lively subpoenas).

DOJ inspector General

To my knowledge, if criminal wrongdoing or public corruption is suspected (e.g. bribes, obstruction, fraud), you can submit a report.

Congressional Oversight

For a broader investigation or public inquiry, you can contact the staff of:

  • Senate Judiciary Committee (Chair: Sen. Dick Durbin)

  • House Judiciary Committee (Chair: Rep. Jim Jordan)

You should be able to send formal letters outlining the patterns of misconduct, especially if public interest or systemic failure are involved.

Center for Judicial Accountability (CJA)

Independent watchdog group that investigates judicial corruption and abuse. They’ve worked on cases involving concealed conflicts and financial misconduct.

Media Whistleblowers and Legal Outlets

Consider submitting evidence (esp. with public interest or systemic issues like Epstein or Weinstein ties) to:

  • ProPublica Tips: https://www.propublica.org/tips

  • The Intercept Tips: https://theintercept.com/tips/

  • Court Watch NYC

Federal Judicial Center and Judicial Conduct Advisory Committees

This is not a complaint line, but you can also research patterns of judicial ethics, and prior conduct and more here:

Tips:

  • Attach exhibits with proof (e.g. for Liman, Liman Foundation financials, NYLAG board membership [shown in their tax filings], Weinstein ties, etc)

  • Describe the appearance of impropriety even if a direct bribe isn’t proven

  • Reference 28 U.S. Code § 455 (Recusal statute)

  • FOIA requests may be helpful to examine how Judge Liman was assigned to BOTH the Blake and Weinstein cases — both high-profile Hollywood matters.
