Re: Serious Concerns Regarding Glenn Dubin and Dr. Eva Andersson-Dubin
Dear Members of the Board,
I am writing to formally register my profound concern regarding the continued affiliation of Glenn Dubin and Dr. Eva Andersson-Dubin with the Mount Sinai Health System.
As you are aware, these individuals have been linked to Jeffrey Epstein and his criminal network dating back to the 1980s. Multiple public reports—including sworn testimony and major investigative journalism—have described serious allegations of sexual misconduct against minors, exploitation, and enabling behavior of predators, and more. Eva even defended Epstein’s conduct and having him around her children, after he was convicted of being a sex offender.
While allegations are always sensitive, the weight of the evidence and the long-established public record raise grave questions about their fitness to hold positions of influence in a hospital system that serves children, vulnerable adults, and survivors of trauma.
Mount Sinai has a duty not only to provide excellent medical care, but also to safeguard the integrity of its leadership and protect patients from the appearance of impropriety or risk. By continuing to maintain the Dubins in any role, the institution risks:
Reputational harm: The Dubins’ Epstein ties have been widely reported. Their association with Mount Sinai may cause patients and donors to question the system’s commitment to safety, ethics, and accountability.
Patient trust: Survivors of abuse and vulnerable families may be retraumatized by discovering that individuals linked to child exploitation are affiliated with a hospital system.
Legal and regulatory exposure: Hospitals are required to uphold the highest ethical standards. Continued association with figures tied to Epstein could expose the system to scrutiny from regulators, accreditors, and the public.
For these reasons, I strongly urge the Board to:
Immediately suspend Glenn Dubin and Dr. Eva Andersson-Dubin from any leadership, advisory, or other roles at Mount Sinai.
Conduct a thorough, independent review of their past and present roles within the institution.
Publicly reaffirm Mount Sinai’s commitment to protecting children, vulnerable patients, and the broader community from any association with individuals credibly accused of sexual misconduct or complicity in abuse.
Mount Sinai’s reputation as a leading healthcare system depends on accountability and moral clarity. Continuing to align with the Dubins is inconsistent with those values. I urge you to take swift corrective action.
Sincerely,

Subject: Urgent Concern Regarding Dubin Affiliations and Patient Safety
Dear Office of Patient Experience,
I am writing to raise urgent concerns about the continued affiliation of Glenn Dubin and Dr. Eva Andersson-Dubin with Mount Sinai.
These individuals have longstanding and well-documented ties to Jeffrey Epstein dating back to the 1980s, as well as credible allegations of sexual misconduct against minors, exploitation, and enabling behavior of predators, and more. While these matters are widely known in the public record, I am deeply alarmed that Mount Sinai continues to allow the Dubins to maintain roles or influence within the health system. Eva even defended Epstein’s conduct and having him around her children, after he was convicted of being a sex offender.
This is not simply a reputational issue — it is a patient trust and safety issue. Many patients who come to Mount Sinai are children, survivors of trauma, or vulnerable adults. Learning that individuals linked to Epstein are associated with the institution may:
Re-traumatize survivors of abuse.
Discourage vulnerable patients from seeking care.
Undermine confidence in the hospital’s commitment to safeguarding all who walk through its doors.
Hospitals are expected to uphold the highest standards of safety and compassion. By maintaining affiliations with individuals so closely tied to Epstein and credible allegations of misconduct, Mount Sinai risks failing patients at the most basic level: ensuring they feel safe and protected.
I respectfully urge Mount Sinai to take immediate steps to:
Suspend any leadership, advisory, or other roles held by Glenn Dubin and Dr. Eva Andersson-Dubin.
Conduct a transparent review of their roles within the institution.
Publicly affirm Mount Sinai’s commitment to protecting patients, particularly children and trauma survivors, from any association with individuals linked to sexual exploitation.
Mount Sinai’s reputation as a safe place for healing is at stake. I hope you will treat this complaint with the urgency it deserves.
Sincerely,
